Tasty spicy salmon tacos.  Take the spice to the heat you like best, but these do make a great lunch rain or shine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 213 g Can solid salmon in water, drained<br>8 5&#8243; corn tortillas<br>3 Tbsp Greek Yogurt<br>3 Tbsp Mayo<br>3 Tbsp Rice vinegar<br>2 Tsp honey<br>4 C Shredded cabbage(pick you preferred color or type &#8211; combine more than one if desired)<br>1\/4 C Chopped Cilantro<br>1\/4 C Finely chopped red onion<br>1\/4 C Chopped red pepper<br>1 Jalapeno<br>4 Tbsp Toasted sesame seeds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optional: Hot sauce if desired<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the drained salmon is a small bowl and break up with a fork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In  a large bowl combine the yogurt, mayo, vinegar and honey and mix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To the large bowl add the cabbage, cilantro, onions, red pepper, jalapeno and sesame seed.  Mix until combined fully with dressing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Warm a dry fry pan to medium heat and place your tortillas in the pan for a minute each side to make them pliable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>divide the salmon and the slaw among the tortillas, add hot sauce if desired and service <br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Serves 4.
