Spaghetti Pie

Got some leftover pasta. I tried this out on some leftover I had. Came out pretty good too.

Ingredients:

3 Cups cooked spaghetti
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese (plus 3 tbsps)
1 Small onion or half a medium onion
1 Lb Ground meat (pick your favorite)
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Jar prepared Spaghetti sauce
1 Cup Cheddar cheese
1 Cup Mozzarella

Direcxtions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a deep dish pie with cooking spray or rub with oil to prevent sticking.

In a bowl, combine the 1/4 C Parmesan, eggs and spaghetti. Once thoroughly mixed place into pie plate and spread evenly across the bottom and up the sides. On top of the pasta spread the Cheddar.

In a fry pan cook the onions until they are translucent. Add the garlic and ground meat, cook thoroughly. Add spaghetti sauce to the fry pan and mix with the beef. Mix and allow sauce to get hot. Pour sauce mixture over top the pasta and cheddar.

Top with Mozzarella and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Spread both evenly. Put pie dish in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese has browned on top. Allow the finished pie to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
