Mint Sauce

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp Mint flakes
4 Tsp Brown Sugar
4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
6 Tbsp Boiling water
Pinch of salt

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients into a mini chopped and grind until smooth.  Note: If you don’t have a mini chopped  hand chop the mint leaves fine then mix all together in a bowl.  Lastly cover and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
